At ASRV, we stand behind the technical performance and durability of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure trackable delivery back to our warehouse.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and free of any signs of wear.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our facility.
